Cuthbert is passionate about quantitate finance and risk management and has a broad experience in the financial services sector. Before assuming the role of Compliance Manager, Cuthbert was the Company’s Risk and Investment Analyst for a period of 5 years. Prior to joining Homelink (Private) Limited, Cuthbert was a consultant with Intellego Investment Consultants (Private) Limited, a local advisory firm responsible for corporate finance and investment management consultancy in Zimbabwe. Cuthbert started off his career at ZB Financial Holdings Limited where he underwent a graduate development program.

Cuthbert holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Banking from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He also holds the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe (IOBZ) Banking Diploma, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) from the CFA Institute and the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Certificate from the Global Association in Risk Professionals (GARP) in the United States of America (USA).
