Bridget is a seasoned Banker with a wealth of experience in the banking industry with a special focus on Mortgages Lending. She was awarded, by the Zimbabwe CEO’s Network, the winner in the category 'Proficient and Exemplary Professional in the Banking Domain' for the year 2022.

She started her career at Interfin Merchant Bank as Treasury Sales Dealer, before moving to CABS where she rose through the ranks to become the Customer Services Manager in the Mortgages Department. Bridget then joined the National Building Society (NBS) at its formation as a Mortgages Specialist, where she was instrumental in pioneering the Mortgages Department and in the process rising to the position of Manager-Home Loans before joining Homelink (Pvt) Ltd. At Homelink, Bridget was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for pushing house sales in a difficult environment in the year 2020.

She is a holder of a first-class degree in Banking from the National University of Science and Technology, an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe, an IOBZ Diploma and an Executive Certificate in Treasury Management from the University of Zimbabwe, a certificate in Project Monitoring and Evaluation from the Project Management Institute of Zimbabwe (PMZ). She is currently studying for a Certificate in Real Estate with the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe (REIZ).
