Mrs. Masuku was appointed to the Homelink Board on the 1st of February 2024 as a Non-Executive Director. She is a Management Consultant with over 30 years of experience. She holds a BSc in Politics and Administration Honours from the University of Zimbabwe, a Diploma in Personnel Management from the Institute of People Management Zimbabwe and a Masters’ in Business Administration (Strategic Leadership) from the University of Zimbabwe. Mrs. Masuku has vast experience in leadership development, executive coaching, business development, institutional capacity building, change management, project management and setting up human resources, policies and procedures. She has served on the Boards of Renaissance Merchant Bank and Renaissance Securities (Private) Limited.
