Mr Kutiya was appointed to the Homelink Board on the 1st of February 2024 as a Non-Executive Director. He is an experienced central banker and is the Deputy Director, Imports administration Exchange Control RBZ. He has worked for the RBZ for over 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce - Economics (University of South Africa), a Master of Business Administration (National University of Science and Technology). He is a member of the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe.
